We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or faulty upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
  • Used or washed items
  • Custom or personalised items (if introduced in future collections)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at the email below.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
